“Before working with Chad, I wasn’t always sure which strength-training exercises worked well together or how to structure my workouts. Chad took the guesswork out of it by creating a plan that made sense for me and was manageable with my schedule. I also love that he incorporates a variety of exercises, so my workouts never feel boring or repetitive. I feel much more confident and comfortable with strength training now!”
