Hi, I’m Chad, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, and I help men and women in their 40s and 50s take back control of their health, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies again.
Like many of my clients, I know what it feels like to be stuck. At 40, I went from fat to fit. And again at 49, I pushed myself to compete in two bodybuilding shows—and placed 1st in both. Over the next year, I challenged myself to compete monthly in everything from Spartan races to HYROX, 5Ks, and stair climbs. Why? Because fitness became more than a goal—it became a way of life.
But it wasn’t always that way.
I watched my father-in-law’s health decline due to inactivity. Seeing him lose his quality of life in his final years hit me hard. It showed me what’s at stake when we don’t take care of our bodies—not just our health, but our freedom.
That’s why I’m passionate about helping people like Chuck—a 45-year-old father who’s out of shape, frustrated, and overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice online. He’s tried before, but nothing stuck. Now, he’s not even sure real change is possible.
But it is.
I’m here to guide people like Chuck from confusion to confidence—without the quick fixes or crash diets. Just smart training, realistic nutrition, and the consistent support they need to build a body (and life) they’re proud of.

Online 1:1 training with uAnimal combines personalization, structure, and accountability—all delivered through the uAnimal app. After an initial consultation and assessment, I design a customized program based on your goals, equipment, and schedule. You’ll receive video-guided workouts, progress tracking, and direct communication for form feedback, adjustments, and ongoing support—so it feels like having a coach with you every step of the way.
Consistency comes from structure, accountability, and support. I help you stay on track by setting clear, achievable goals, providing a personalized training schedule, and checking in regularly to keep you accountable. Through the uAnimal app, you’ll receive reminders, progress tracking, and feedback that reinforce momentum and make it easier to show up—even on tough days.
I provide ongoing accountability and practical guidance to help you stay consistent with your nutrition and lifestyle habits. Through regular check-ins, progress reviews, and in-app messaging, we’ll identify challenges early and make adjustments as needed. You’ll also receive education on portion control, meal balance, and habit-building strategies to create lasting results—not quick fixes.

If you’ve never lifted a barbell before, I’ll start you with foundational movements, clear instructions, and video demonstrations to help you build confidence, strength, and proper technique at a safe and sustainable pace.
